Hamfest Chattanooga 2024 is proud to announce our Door Prize List for 2024.  We thank our sponsors for their support of our event and encourage you to fulfill your Amateur & GMRS radio needs with them.

Please note that door prize category designations determine if winners must be present to win or not.

In accordance with State of Tennessee guidelines, the following represents the policy regarding participation in door prize drawings at Hamfest Chattanooga 2024:

1. Door prize participants must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Door Prize Ticket Stubs are required to claim all door prizes.  Those participating in door prize drawings MUST write their name and contact information legibly and accurately on the door prize entry ticket, or it will be disqualified from consideration.
3. Grand Prize Winners do not have to be present to win.  Grand Prize Winners must claim their prize when called, unless they are not present.  In such case, Hamfest Chattanooga will use the contact information provided on the ticket stub to attempt notification to the winner(s) for a period of 7 calendar days from the close of the event.  Hamfest Chattanooga will also post the winning ticket number on the Hamfest website.  Winners, not present during the event, must contact Hamfest management by phone (423-987-6111) or by email (hamfest@w4am.net) to initiate the process to receive the door prize.  The winning ticket stub is required to provide proof of possession of the winning ticket.  If a winning prize is not claimed within the 7-day period, Hamfest Chattanooga will draw an alternate winner and repeat the notification process.
   
4. Daily Prize Winners must be present to win.
5. Any eligible person wishing to participate in door prize drawings, must pay the $10 admission fee for the event.  This includes Hamfest event volunteers, vendors and other participants.  Simply stated, “you must pay to participate”.
6. Only 1 (one) door prize drawing ticket allowed per person.  All tickets drawn will be returned to the prize drawing drum at the end of each day of our event and be eligible for drawings on the next day.
7. Current members of the Chattanooga Amateur Radio Club may participate in on-site door prize drawings along with other eligible, paying guests or participants of the event provided the $10 admission fee is paid per person/member.
8. Door prize winners must claim their prize within the time allotted for each category of prize.  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the door prize.
9. Door prize winners must sign an acknowledgement/receipt for any door prize won for accountability purposes.  Failure to do so, will result in forfeiture of the door prize.
